"We love Seaport and the location of the hotel was the reason we chose to stay there this time instead of nearer Wall Street/One World Trade. However, it did feel slightly out of the way being the far end of Seaport. The staff were great, very helpful and polite. We had a few drinks in the bar which were all delicious. The room was a decent size and had lots of space to unpack and relax. Bathroom was also great. The hotel was clean, but was a little dated."

"Our stay was okay, but there were a few issues that could have been handled better. There was a wrapper left on the floor from a previous guest, which made the room feel like it hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned. We also couldn’t open the balcony door, which was disappointing. In addition, no one informed us that breakfast was included with our stay, so we missed out on that amenity. "Rooftop was dirty looked better in pictures. Front desk is not very helpful when you need anything they have to put in requests. The cleaning people never knock they walk right in without even saying anything. The phone number is disconnected so you cannot call them with any requests or problems. Too unorganized. They charge almost the fee of an extra night for late check out."

"I slept poorly: the pillows went flat under my head, A/C turned on and off all night and when I turned off the A/C, I got to hear a truck idling at the garage 7 stories down from my room. After two days, my door lock battery stopped working so I couldn’t get into my room. My room was so far from the elevator, it felt like I was walking a block just to get there. Good gym and breakfast cafe. Staff were friendly."
