"The outlet wasn't working so I could do my work. I was not accommodated whatsoever. They simply brushed me off and said "sorry the maintenance man left and the rooms are booked." No other way to take care of a paying customer."

"We love Seaport and the location of the hotel was the reason we chose to stay there this time instead of nearer Wall Street/One World Trade. However, it did feel slightly out of the way being the far end of Seaport. The staff were great, very helpful and polite. We had a few drinks in the bar which were all delicious. The room was a decent size and had lots of space to unpack and relax. Bathroom was also great. The hotel was clean, but was a little dated."

"Rooftop was dirty looked better in pictures. Front desk is not very helpful when you need anything they have to put in requests. The cleaning people never knock they walk right in without even saying anything. The phone number is disconnected so you cannot call them with any requests or problems. Too unorganized. They charge almost the fee of an extra night for late check out."

"I slept poorly: the pillows went flat under my head, A/C turned on and off all night and when I turned off the A/C, I got to hear a truck idling at the garage 7 stories down from my room. After two days, my door lock battery stopped working so I couldn’t get into my room. My room was so far from the elevator, it felt like I was walking a block just to get there. Good gym and breakfast cafe. Staff were friendly."

"I loved the fact that a few minutes after arriving we got a call to our room asking if everything was okay and if we needed anything. Wonderful customer service. Also the room was super clean down to the bedsheets!!"
