"Pictures of the rooms, and rooftop bar are not what’s shown. Bar was only indoor access and 20th floor only. Rooms do not have private balcony as shown in the pictures. No microwaves in the room only a fridge and you receive an additional 16$ feet per night once u check in. And no street parking available despite them listing it, there is none. And the garage they recommend on gold st told us when we got there, that they do not do overnight parking."

"One of the worst experience. How on earth they only provide two bottles of water for my entire 4 nights stay? The woman in the reception was rude and I feel she’s being racist. The Asian woman was polite but another woman in white shirt are so rude. The old man was good manner. I still cannot accept a hotel policy as she claimed only provide two bottles of water during first day of checked in !! Bizarre. My remaining of 7 nights I moved to Westin Hotel Times Square. Perfect place for me."
