"Very nice location, 300 feet from the ocean. And at the same time it is far enough from restaurants with its noise. Stove, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, silverware, parking spot (for additional price though, but anyway), free WiFi - everything is as it suppose to be.. The only downside which can be mentioned is the sound insulation between the rooms. It definitely could be improved. Other than that - this is just the perfect place to spend your vacation. Recommend!"

"I originally was booked for a room with a view but was moved due to construction going on in the tower I was booked in. We could walk out of our room and see the beach! As well as the tiki bar which unbeknownst to us has live music every Friday! What a treat. I felt very safe at this location. Bed was comfortable. I loved the unit had its own AC so we could keep it as cool as we wanted. It was a great trip and if we ever find ourselves down here again we plan to stay in the same place! "

"My only complaint was that the balcony was unusable for most of the day due to being in full sunlight for most of the day. Maybe this would be nice in winter, but it was entirely too hot to sit out there. If you are going to get a partial OV balcony, request one on the north side of the building to avoid the full sun all day!"
