"Left over noodles on the floor , dust and black mold in the shower , stains on the bed spread Person walking round naked and waking us up at 3 in the morning by pounding on our door , very noisy but staff where very nice and supportive"

I rarely got more than 5 mbps which is entirely unsatisfactory, especially if you are a business traveler who needs to stay in touch with coworkers through video calls or needs to use a vpn. In addition, the hotel seemed to have a problem with the key cards commonly not working. I repeatedly had to go to the desk to ask for a new key card which would work for about a day and then stop working, leaving me locked out of my room. For the price of...

"Could not fault our stay. The room far exceeded our expections, staff went above and beyond, despite being right in the centre by the railway station we had a silent undisturbed nights sleep. Look forward to staying again & maybe trying the breakfast this time!"

"Absolutely brilliant location- 2 mins from the train station, 3 mins for a night on canal street and 5 minutes walk into town for shopping. Great hotel staff and bar- you can get a free drink at the bar if you don’t need house keeping over the 2 days. Just asked for extra coffee capsules when needed!"

"Great location with excellent facilities. We loved the fact the apartment had a washer, with traveling for so long, itʻs great to be able to wash our clothes! Loved the small gym and the safe parking for our car rental, which had access straight into the building via an elevator which made it easy with all our luggage. Would recommend for a stay in central Manchester."

"Room was clean and functional. Bathroom was great. Good selection for breakfast. Really liked the fresh coffee idea, but feel like there should be more coffee stations. When I wake up I like to have a coffee and didn’t feel like I could wander down through reception and the breakfast area to get one in my pyjamas. Maybe just having additional stations by the lifts on each floor would be great."

The hotel seems to be undergoing some upgrades (the tvs are a bit old, only basic channels not smart tvs and no mini fridge in the rooms) but very spacious rooms, updated bathrooms and comfortable bed. Great location, close but not too close to Piccadilly Station and near Piccadilly Gardens. Recommend this hotel."
