"Nice basic hotel in pretty & quiet street. Good location for visiting family who live 20 mins walk across tooting common. This is stones throw from the common & its cafe. Set in nice residential area. Taken a star off as mattress was a bit hard for me but to be fair I have got a very soft one at home that I’m used to. Room bit basic but ok for 1 or 2 nights."

"The hotel does not look like the advertised photos. The staff was basically nowhere to be found my entire stay and I had no wifi at all during my trip. There is supposedly a lift but it's inconvenient, I personally would not stay here again. It was old and quiet and almost scary. Hotel was quite run down and that would've been fine had I any interactions with the staff here. When I first arrived I could not even enter the building and had to ask a bartender to look for someone for me to enter....

I booked the single room which had a large single bed. The room was comfortable, clean and really well equipped for short stays. Lots of towels which was definitely a plus. "This hotel is fabulous!! Incredibly friendly and helpful staff, spacious and modern rooms and a beautiful pool, sauna and gym. It was only a few minutes walk to the tube station and about 15 minutes walk to Battersea Power Plant. The highlight was the 180 degree views of the Thames from our room and how comfortable the bed was. Highly recommend!!"
