"It’s our second time staying at the Doubletree in Brighton. Whilst our room was great, large, and had a huge bed, it did unfortunately stink of stale cigarettes. I don’t think the room should have been assigned to guests unless it had been aired for a few days. In saying that, I know that this hotel is usually perfection so wouldn’t hesitate to stay again! Breakfast was amazing and in a beautiful room too."

"Lots of hidden charges and very poor security. Bathroom was absolutely filthy and the pipe is exposed where you can cut your foot. Room is not what’s advertised and no staff available for any assistance."

"Secure parking, very pleasant and accommodating staff, given upgrade to log cabin on check in. Price included breakfast, which was of excellent choice, freshly prepared. Restaurant produced very satisfying and well priced meals. Look forward to visiting in the future and will recommend to friends."
