Quiet, clean, has microwave & frig. It’s close to everything we needed. They have done some renovations, but they still need some work. Not all of the lamps work and fresh paint would be great. No ice machine, vending machine or coffee pot. It’s a great spot for a clean room and comfortable bed. We have stayed here multiple times.

They put us in the first room and it had no towels or even a shower curtain in bathroom. Went to office to change rooms and second room still had food in fridge. Bugs on walls and it was dirty. Went back third time and manager wasnt very helpful so we just left and found another hotel to stay in.

The room was in bad condition ceiling was falling down and cigarette burns on the bed spread mold on the shower curtains and we walked out and went down the street to Best western and got a nice room I would not recommend that Days inn to nobody

When I got to the hotel the staff informed me that they didn’t have my reservation and informed me that they couldn’t do anything to help me out. They directed me to go to a sister hotel that was 30 minutes away. Do not book

CONS: The hotel was dirty with bugs everywhere, the smoke detector was gone with exposed wires, pillows without pillow cases, burn holes in blankets, towel rack was broken, curtain rod was broken, plastic cups by sink were not wrapped, water made me sick to drink, mini fridge had a terrible smell in it, and the front desk person was barefoot If you respect yourself spend the little extra and stay at the Best Western in Brewton instead.

AWEFUL!!!! The room smelled of smoke, the ceiling coating was falling off, there was dried pink liquid on the walls, the bed looked like it was slept in, the shower curtain rod was held up with zip ties, the exhaust fan cover was missing, tiles in the bathroom was missing, and there was damaged drywall.

My stay here was not good at all. First they had no record of my reservation. Instead of a 2 beds we got I king size. This was ok except the cover was for a full bed and had holes in it. No towels were in room. The TV would not allow you to change channels without doing something e extra to remote.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Dirty. No lamp shade on the lamp. Shady front desk people. Stole my mother-in-law's credit card # and used it at the local Whataburger, while she was checking out the room and refused to stay. Took our money before we arrived and would not refund. People live here. It is NOT a Days Inn. It is NOT being remodeled. Don't do it.

1st rm: exposed wiring at wall socket behind chest of drawers and where overhead light/fan would be; mold/mildew in shower and refrigerator, curtains taped to wall, shower constantly running, no place to hang clothes, lamp filthy. 2nd rm: exposed wiring where overhead light/fan would be; pillows old, torn and filthy; linens filthy, duvets with burn holes; mold/mildew stains on baseboards, shower constantly running, microwave filthy, no refrigerator, no hangers, no chair.

There was so much wrong with this hotel, I will try and list most. Broken toilet seat, TV and internet didn't work, room didn't have anything to hang cloths, security door latch was broken, no outside lights except front of hotel. The lobby was atrocious and uninviting, I would not eat there. They charged me for the room although paid by Expedia but they did credit me back. Some lamps didn't work and some shades were ripped. Room came with 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, 1 floor mat, 0 hand towel and the towels were visibly dirty. One waste basket near the door, not one in the bathroom or by the sink. There were numerous stains on the walls and refrigerator. I wasn't going to stay there a second night that I had booked. I'm trying to get refund for second night. Expedia and I tried to reach the hotel but VM was full and they didn't answer.

Stayed here for a weekend. The lady at the front desk after hours maybe 10pm is when I checked in and she was Soo sweet and nice. The manager (the guy) on the other hand was not too helpful and very rude. My issue was I checked out a day early and asked about a refund on my last night, he told me I had to go through hotels.com and discuss it with them about a refund as it was not up to him. So, I called and they turned around and called the hotel and he refused to refund me as I got a “special rate”, but it wouldn’t have been a problem if he didn’t give me the run around to make calls and everything. He also wouldn’t let my sister “check in” for the last night as it was still available even though I did turn my keys in the day before hoping I’d get a refund for my last night. So I basically got ripped off my last night and the manager would rush me off the phone and even hung up on me while trying to ask questions. All I know is I will NEVER book here again. Our stay was ok the only good thing about it was the beds were comfy, everything else needs to be upgraded.
