"A very warm welcome and early check-in which was much appreciated. Check-in was highly efficient. Doormen were very friendly and eager to assist. If anything, front of house service was a little overbearing. "This hotel is fabulous!! Incredibly friendly and helpful staff, spacious and modern rooms and a beautiful pool, sauna and gym. It was only a few minutes walk to the tube station and about 15 minutes walk to Battersea Power Plant. The highlight was the 180 degree views of the Thames from our room and how comfortable the bed was. Highly recommend!!"

"The bath plug wasn’t functioning properly.
None of the USB ports worked.
Breakfast was very disappointing- all the food was barely warm & at a cost of £17.00 I expected at least for the food to be hot- won’t be having breakfast there again."
