"Fantastic stay definitely recommend, had a great time for my girlfriends birthday they sorted a bouquet of flowers out for me, upgraded our room to the bowness suite a unforgettable stay, staff were very friendly , spa lovely and relaxing and afternoon was perfect in cocktail bar overlooking Windermere , can’t wait to book again "

"Fantastic break between Christmas and New Year. We stayed in the annexe across the road. Our room was dual aspect with a lake view. It was perfect for our needs for our two nights stay. Breakfast was very good. The location was close enough to stagger up the main road from Bowness without too much effort. "I was in room 5 and had a great stay. The room was huge with everything I needed for an overnight work visit. It was warm and cosy with a lovely spacious bathroom and nice shower. I had no difficulty securing a parking space"

"What a fabulous place to stay in lovely Bowness on Windermere. Chris and Vicky are so friendly, they were so helpful and accomodating to any requests, communication prior to check in was superb. Our room was beautiful, a gorgeous view over Lake Windermere, wonderfully comfortable bed and pillows, fab hot shower, really clean and comfortable.
