"Was in town for a weekend event at the University of Rochester. This property was apx 15 minutes away in a great safe location. The area is quiet and the rooms were extremely clean. I stayed in a king size bedroom and it was perfect for the weekend. I would definitely stay here next time I am in town."

"Good luck flushing the toilet. Overall, this property was ok. Not bad, not good...middling. It was quite clean so kudos for that. The TV works and the staff is good. But note that it is quite worn down. I think it's mostly for long term construction workers and that type of guest, so nothing fancy but a roof when needed. However, the button to flush the toilet is on top of the tank and some goofball built a vanity shelf over the tank with about an inch, if that, to get your finger in. ...
