"Picked here just for use of hot tub, it was broke. The room ac was 74 when we entered our room. Didn’t go any lower then 70 and the loud ac unit ran all night long. Would like to have had a few benches outside, nowhere to sit. Room and breakfast was good."

The room was clean and was exactly as described. No complaints at all from us. My only critique would be breakfast and the coffee. They need to put a bit more flavor into all of it - or at least some of it. the coffee was a bit diluted?? But the bagels and bread products were very good! for the price point, it was a very good...

"Room was bad. Light bulbs were burnt out in bathroom. Shower door about to fall off no coffee sweeteners or stir sticks. When room was cleaned still no restock of coffee or supplies. Very disappointing."

"I think you need to be careful with a couple of things. 1 Pricing. Need to ensure that you're getting the idea cause sometimes price fluctuates and you could be paying a lot more. 2 Cleanliness is something that can improve in the hotel. We noticed the first one we were given, had a bad odour and then we had to switch to another room. Overall room service is average nothing extraordinary, but, just things to be mindful of."

Instead, the shower barely drained, leaving me standing in water that reached my ankles after just a few minutes. That’s simply unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one charging premium rates.
