"Staff was great; room was spacious and relatively clean, but there were mysterious wet places in the floor, the TV screen was messed up, the shower door was out of alignment/hard to close, and the elevators were constantly full. Would not stay here again."

They offer no discounts for breakfast but it is pretty good just expensive. Mostly be warned that they make you pay nightly parking which is so odd and no warning"

"The hotel is pretentious. It wants to look nice but it’s not. The shower was awful; press the wrong button and you get sprayed in the face. Are the buttons labeled? No. The elevators were down for a bit of time, and wouldn’t go to their floor so I got to ride with the staff to all the floors before mine in a dark elevator with a strangers. Big wet spot in the room floor. Mountain View is basically construction view. For the money you spend, you can go somewhere else. Good things though: staff...

"Excellent stay! The hotel was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and felt fresh and newly renovated. The lighting throughout the rooms and common areas was excellent, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The communal hangout area was a great space to relax and socialize. The staff provided outstanding service and made the entire experience enjoyable from start to finish. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-maintained hotel."

"Staff at front desk was very unhelpful, I had to get my key card reactivated every night. (I was only given 1 card) When checking in they ran the card without telling us anything I only knew the price from booking online,I was never given a receipt. The pool was closed the whole time, but the sign up said closed for a day. I understand they were painting outside but it was still disappointing."

"Staff were okay and rooms were okay but the surrounding area is a warzone, people screaming all night and there were several long term residents that ran around the hotel like it was their apartment complex. Overpriced for the dump that it is, stay elsewhere!"
