A comfy old building in a quiet residential area. The clawfoot tub in room 9 is great, and the bathroom is spacious. The bed was also comfortable.

If you like refurbished old buildings, The Patterson Hotel is for you. Charming old hotel with beautiful touches. Great breakfast and comfy room. Would stay there again.

We’re not really B&B people because we just want a place to sleep. But this experience may have changed my mind. The Patterson architecture was awesome, the bed was super comfortable and breakfast was delicious. We arrived an hour early and the helpful staff were able to get us in our room right away.
