"Modern clean rooms. Excellent free breakfast. Neighborhood is meh. Nothing interesting within walking distance but short drive to cherry creek wash park bonnie brae etc. you’ll need a car or use rideshare. Parking is $15 per night plus tax"

"First off, no breakfast unless you want to pay a premium price for it. Premium price if you have pets. Premium price for snacks. Premium price for parking. Facility was very clean. Staff couldn’t be nicer. Rooms were very comfortable. Everything worked well. Super sized tv."

"Had a great experience at The Benson Hotel & Faculty Club. The hotel was extremely clean, modern, and comfortable. The staff was friendly and welcoming from check-in to check-out, and the atmosphere throughout the property was relaxing and upscale. The rooms were well maintained, the beds were comfortable, and everything felt very professional. Great location with excellent amenities and dining options nearby. "My sister and I arrived there and the trash can outside was pouring over. Checked in. Went to the room. Stayed in 204, Smelled like the air conditioner was burning like rubber and oil strong. TV didn’t work. Called the front desk. An hour later nothing no one came. Called again, finally a man came and fixed it. Wanted to take a shower, it was about 9:00pm and my sister was asleep, turned the knob all the way and it was a trickle of water and scalding hot, so I turned it to medium, the water...

"Overall very poor experience. Most of the staff is rude and unhelpful. The room had lights that were not working in the bathroom and the room door mechanism was broken. After requesting daily housekeeping, we were told it was not noted during check in. If you're not there for the hospital, the location is inconvenient and in an awful area. Not at all up to the standards of a Marriott hotel. Do yourself a favor and skip this hotel."

"At first when I arrived they didn’t have room type that I had originally booked. It was fine for 1 night. Fortunately they were able to get me situated into a new room for remaining nights. That was great. They were apologetic from the start. Darion greeted me when I arrived. He was very kind. The coffee was great. The breakfast was kind of lame. Mostly carbs. Overall it was a good place to stay."

"Location and staff is fine, I have stayed here several times over the last seven years. The maintenance is going down hill, duct tape on carpet seams, desk chair in room is delapitated. With these and why I will not stay here in the future they started charging a daily parking fee."
