"When we arrived at the time the email said we could check in, we were told they had no clean rooms available for us. The desk lady Scarlett was VERY rude when asked why. Rooms should be available at promised time. We had an event to be at and had a short time to get to our rooms and to our event on time since we had to wait. "Breakfast buffet was tasty. Weight room limited but it is a hotel. Air conditioner was loud and bed was in front of the outlet and I didn’t like feeling the cool air blowing on my face."

"The hotel is on a busy thoroughfare with a Target and Chik-Fil-A across the street. The hotel restaurant had a range of selections for dinner and breakfast but is not open for lunch. Staff was friendly and helpful and responded quickly to questions or requests in person or through text. The bed was comfortable and bathroom amenities adequate. Be aware there is no microwave in the room, only off the lobby in the little shop. It’s on a lower shelf and you practically have to kneel down to use it....

"This is a GREAT hotel. Rooms and public areas are spotless, like new and FUN. Staff was very professional and accommodating. Parking Staff very helpful on a very busy street and almost no wait to pick up the car when leaving. "

"Staff at front desk was very unhelpful, I had to get my key card reactivated every night. (I was only given 1 card) When checking in they ran the card without telling us anything I only knew the price from booking online,I was never given a receipt. The pool was closed the whole time, but the sign up said closed for a day. I understand they were painting outside but it was still disappointing."

"Staff were okay and rooms were okay but the surrounding area is a warzone, people screaming all night and there were several long term residents that ran around the hotel like it was their apartment complex. Overpriced for the dump that it is, stay elsewhere!"
