"The villas was very clean, spacious and modern. We were there March 12-16 so very early in the season. The pools were closed which I didn’t know until getting there as it was shown when I booked that heated pools were all year round. There was apparently a sandstorm from Africa for a week prior to us coming which then closed the pools. "This is a bigger hotel that seems to cater to business travelers rather than offering a European hotel experience. Lots of little amenities. Very clean and nice. Dining at the hotel was expensive. We left before breakfast opened but they put together a box breakfast that was very nice to have for our travels. 15 minute walk to the port. The port here was not as charming as the one in Chania but if you are leaving by ferry, it seems this property is a quiet and comfortable option. You cannot walk...

"Nous avons eu de la difficulté à faire notre enregistrement de façon autonome. Nous avions un code pour entrer dans notre chambre mais il n'y avait pas d'indication où elle se situait. Nous avons communiqué avec l'établissement par courriel mais sans reponse alors nous avons appelé et la personne a été tres gentille et nous a aidé a trouver notre chambre.
