"The villas was very clean, spacious and modern. We were there March 12-16 so very early in the season. The pools were closed which I didn’t know until getting there as it was shown when I booked that heated pools were all year round. There was apparently a sandstorm from Africa for a week prior to us coming which then closed the pools. The host offered us an extra night free however we already had our flights back to Athens booked so couldn’t take advantage of that. Michaelis offered a dinner...

"I stopped in for a night to get closer to Heraklion Ferry. So we had three priorities: parking, sleep, hot tub. Parking was fantastic, not secured or anything but it was reserved right outside the hotel super easy. Sleep: bed was nice, but only two pillows for two people. Sorry, I need another. I saw no one on the property. Hot tub: I paid extra for a room with a jacuzzi tub outside to relax with my wife. The tub has no heat. When I called (happy that they picked up) they said that it is...

"The staff were amazing. Very nice and kind. The breakfast was good. The beds were a little hard. Really good taverna restaurant nearby with traditional food. Great location to rent a car and walk from the airport to. Easy. Great stay for an airport transition to or from Heraklion. Quiet room despite being next to airport. "

"Yes, we found the kitchen well equipped with a complimentary bottle of wine in the fridge. The room was spacious and clean. The housekeeper was friendly and helpful. We did not use the A/C on our stay but everything seemed in good order, safe to assume it would work if required."

"Nothing bad to say. It is a perfect stay and has the perfect staff and perfect anemities. Very clean and close to center. The only negative point was they rang on me at 11am sharp to checkout. They ddnt wait 1 minute :) althu the checkin is at 3pm. They werent flexible on this point. However I still rate them 10/10."
