"It was terrible!!! Can’t contact anyone to get the key!!!They are not organized !!! Even finally have someone answer the phone and give me the lock box number and that was no key inside!!! We waited two hours have no one call us back !!! At the end we go to another Inn to stay!!! We need our MONEY BACK "

"Perfect location right near the quay but still quiet at night, even with the pub next door- couldn't hear a thing even though they had live music. Great bathroom lighting for doing your makeup - something many places don't have. (It's often like doing your makeup in a coal mine!) plug sockets at both sides of the bed `(three pin and USB!) "Really friendly, considerate and welcoming hosts. Hotel is really clean and quiet too. Nice breakfast and the fresh raspberries were lovely -as was the post breakfast free homemade banana muffin! Hotel is not far from the beech. I would definitely stay there again - top stuff."

"A beautiful place to stay if you’re visiting Bournemouth or the surrounding area. Everything was perfect. Pre arrival information and communication was spot on and our reception on arrival by David and Pumpkin immediately made us feel at home. We stayed in the Spa room which I can highly recommend. "Really great little b&b. The owners were really friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast was great. 20 min walk from the train station, 5 minute walk from Boscombe beach (little less busy than Bournemouth beach which was ideal for us). Room was clean, really cute and had everything we needed. Highly recommend staying here!! "
