Negatives: the bathroom door was off its top hinges so had to be slammed both open and closed, which was so loud. "We enjoyed our time here. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Great location on the beach. Staff was very friendly. Didnt realize they only have Valet parking at a cost of $55/night and the pools were too small and over crowded for the size of the resort. "

"I had to change rooms due to a cleanliness issue but luckily the front desk staff was very kind and accommodating. The room I ended up getting was a bit cleaner, although I did have a pincher bug as a bed mate when I want to tuck myself in."

"Hotel staff was wonderful! I mixed my dates up and when we arrived at the hotel our reservation was not showing. It was for the next weekend. They were very patient and reassuring and suggested we contact Expedia and that the room would be available if we were able to change the booking, which we were. Thank you Expedia!
