"This was possibly one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. I get it, you get what you pay for and things happen but this was too much. I got to my room and just wanted to nap after a 10 hour work day. I went to lay down and turn the TV only for the TV to not work. I thought Ok I will call the front desk, I grab the phone to dial and the phone is not connected/not working. As I reach for my Cell Phone to call the hotel someone tries to enter my room (I believe it was housekeeping but not sure why since I was already checked in and my room was "clean"). When this person attempted to enter my room the deadbolt was latched and the force from them trying to enter and me trying to keep them out the latch got stuck and I was locked in my room. Maintenance arrived within about 20 minutes, unfortunatetly I do not speak Spanish and was unable to communicate to the maintenance team what was going on. After nearly 2 hours the door was opened and the deadbolt latch repaired/replaced. They attempted to fix my TV bringing cables and what not but finally determined they needed to change the TV. At this point I was exhausted and asked them to just leave the TV alone so I could get some sleep. The front desk never reached out to me to check in, apologize or make any apologies or offer to swap rooms anything. I will not returning to this hotel. Also the floors were filthy and the bathroom was in bad shape, so bad I didn't even shower this morning."

"We really were surprised by our visit. We booked this room for our family at an amazing rate for the whole week. That being said, the reviews were mixed and we were a bit nervous it would be gross and uncomfortable (as I often feel motel 6s can be). It lacks basics such as shampoos and hair dryer, but it was clean, the beds were comfortable and we felt safe. The air conditioner worked great and the freeway noise really didn’t bother us. I was worried it would be super sketchy but it was all fine. Our sink didn’t drain well but my husband fixed it to suite our needs. Overall we would book again if we could get great rates like that. My mom also booked at a different rate to stay with us and that felt way too much for lack of amenities, breakfast etc when you could book a nicer hotel with breakfast and pool for only a little more…so if you find this motel at a great deal, it’s worth it. Also they cleaned our room every two days (would have done very day if we wanted it) and they did a great job cleaning and everything. "

"Everything was great - staff was wonderful and accommodating, breakfast was excellent, the pool was clean, and the property was well maintained and safe. I felt bad for the employees because I witnessed a lot of guests with terrible attitudes being extremely picky and complaining over very minute things (or even things that were avoidable on the guests part) so if you see poor reviews about the staff I would ignore them. This place was an excellent, family friendly, value stay. "
