The continental breakfast is limited - 3 cereal, 3 bakery, and 3 juice options, coffee, no butter or jam for the croissants. The toilet paper and kleenex are cheap and shred easily, so you have to double it up. "Terrible hotel! Door and window had looked broken into! I got there for check in and had no parking! Was told to park almost a mile away on the street. The room was disgusting!!!! And bed was terrible. I felt like i was asleep on cardboard. The bathroom shower wouldnt let the tub stop running when using and tub drain wouldnt drain fast. "The rooms smelled like urine, a homeless drug addict in the parking lot asked me if i wanted help unloading my trunk and the front desk person said "he lives there everyday" but just in his car. When I asked for another room that didn't smelled like heavy urine they gave me another room they called "special good room" and it also smelled of urine and had warn furniture. There were holes in the wall in the rooms walls that legitimately resembled glory holes. When I first walked in the front desk...

"I had rented the room during the chemical leak that caused the city wide evacuation. Staff didnt let me know whatsover and i had to be evacuated by local authorities. Staff wouldnt pick up the phone nor help me with a refund during the evacuation. All this and the rooms were poorly kept."

"With a one person ahead of me checking in I was checked in 30 minutes it took for that. I went into a room with mold and roaches. The other room had a bed bug. That day my refund was denied. I had to leave the premises and find another hotel. It took me hours of working out my refund. The following day it was granted."
