Room was great and Kim at the front desk was very personable. The shower was a little finicky but am guessing it was the operator. The hand held came apart while trying to make it work correctly. The staff was courteous and everything was clean. The bed was like sleeping on plywood, way too hard. This will be a hard no for future visits. Otherwise it would be awesome.
