"A TRUE beach hotel, in ambience, location and amenities! The only flaw ( which adds to the ambience) is no elevators, etc. Got to be able to do them stairs here! Would come again . . .says it all!"

"First time staying at Moody Gardens in Galveston. Stayed one night, didn’t use amenities except dining next to elevators and the food was surprisingly great! I got the veggie burger without cheese and my friend got the green wrap; both were yum! Had the beach view and even though it wasn’t beach per se, it was Schlitterbahn’s view which was epic! Expedia had a great deal for the room and I’d definitely recommend and would book there again."

"The outside of the Inn was inviting and a little deceptive. The mini golf and the pool were useful but could use some renovations. The actual room is where the let down begins. There was a moldy scent upon entry. Beds were comfortable. The tub was cracked and leaking. There was a part of the shower that was taped and the adhesive was spreading and made showering annoying because you had to stand in a certain position to avoid feeling like the shower was going to fall in. "Staff was extremely helpful. The carpets were kind of filthy and could use the good vacuuming, especially in front of the doors to the rooms and the tables could’ve been wiped off a little better in the rooms and the shower had a little black mold around the bottom, other than that, the place was fantastic. Perfect Location I’m sure it’s just because the quick turnaround they can’t get everything exactly perfect would definitely recommend and will definitely stay there again"
