"We loved our stay at the George Manor. Our room was very clean and spacious, the property is very well kept and Chef Michael and his wife Rosie are very kind and accommodating. He graciously gave us a tour of the property while sharing its history. The location was perfect and we thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast as well. We highly recommend it!"

When we arrived late at night, there were people smoking outside the property, which created an uncomfortable first impression. The room appeared poorly maintained and unclean. I found bugs on the bed, the sheets felt damp, the shower appeared stained, and there was visible dirt on the floors. "The view was great from the balcony. The ac did work but was so noisy it kept me awake all hours of the night. The pool area was filthy. The ouside grounds were filthy. The continental breakfast was a continental breakfast. Slim Pickens. House keeping doesn't come in unless you ask for them to. They do have a drink machine but it was out of drinks. "I got 2 rooms and neither of them had and hot water what so ever. The a/c in 1 room didn't work at all. The refrigerator in the other room didn't work at all. I'm a bigger guy and I literally could not fit threw the opening "maybe 12" given to enter the shower at all. Honestly this place is bottom of the mill trash motel."
