"We loved our stay at the George Manor. Our room was very clean and spacious, the property is very well kept and Chef Michael and his wife Rosie are very kind and accommodating. He graciously gave us a tour of the property while sharing its history. The location was perfect and we thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast as well. We highly recommend it!"

When we arrived late at night, there were people smoking outside the property, which created an uncomfortable first impression. The room appeared poorly maintained and unclean. I found bugs on the bed, the sheets felt damp, the shower appeared stained, and there was visible dirt on the floors. "The view was great from the balcony. The ac did work but was so noisy it kept me awake all hours of the night. The pool area was filthy. The ouside grounds were filthy. The continental breakfast was a continental breakfast. Slim Pickens. House keeping doesn't come in unless you ask for them to. They do have a drink machine but it was out of drinks. The place has broken windows and paint peeling off the walls. To say the least I didn't see any bugs in my room. The staff was nice, but I didn't...

"This is by far one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. My partner and I loved how spacious and clean everything was. Staff was amazing and friendly upon first impressions. Pool area was clean and the sun didn’t directly hit us due to the building, so you don’t have to worry about getting a tan lol. The only thing I would say I wasn’t a fan of is that there wasn’t as many options for breakfast (loved the waffles though). Overall amazing stay & would definitely stay again!!"

"Overall our 3 nights stay was good. There was one minor incident that happened where we could not get to our floor because of a maintenance issue that caused slight flooding. Nothing of ours or our room we stayed in was affected but it was an inconvenience to sit in lobby for 45 minutes."

"Terrific stay! The employee in the front office was extremely helpful. I was allowed to leave my suitcase with him since I got in extremely early. We also were allowed to use the pool before checking and given towels. Check in and out was very smooth and easy. I would definitely stay here again."
