"The hotel was functional, all the basics were there, not luxuriously glamourous, but I don't want that. It was all clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good, but the self-service area was too small for such crowds of people, especially for wheelchair users who were having difficulty to manoeuvre in the narrow space. I arrived at 1.00am, late due to train holdups, and would have liked something to eat, but there were no snacks available. I enjoyed my stay, and would stay again."

The first room had a problem with the toilet flush, but the staff reacted quickly and gave us another room. However, the overall condition of the hotel was poor. The furniture looked very worn out, the carpet had many stains, and the table in the room felt sticky. In the morning, we noticed water leaking under the sink every time we washed our hands. The shower also made strange noises when...

"Great hotel in a good location. Real milk in the fridge in the room instead of the normal UHT milk which I’ve never seen before and was a bonus. Rooms are really modern and comfortable. We only booked this hotel literally two hours before arriving and rates were decent. We’d definitely stay at this hotel again. Staff were really friendly as well."

"We stayed during the hottest May on record, and the AC system in the rooms was not operational as we were informed by the front desk, that this functionality is only switched on for summer. As the room windows only open a few inches, it made for a hot and uncomfortable few nights stay."
