"The exterior structure looked good. There were several trash in the parking lot. The interior lobby was clean. The elevators were worn and in need of cosmetic work. The room was good, clean, nice beds. Breakfast was hot, grits, sausage and real eggs. Coffee but NO TEA. The stay served its purpose."

"Charged 40.00 early check in with toilet that was broken they accused us of breaking toilet was told to come to office to get plunger t o fix myself.Ive been customer 6 years at this location never had a problem before. Check in person was great the evening desk attendant needs to learn customer service etiquette."

"Perfect location and is within walking distance of several great restaurant’s and stores. Definitely my top choice from here out when I visit. NOTE!! My only issue was parking. They were out of parks but luckily I found a spot on the side of the street. Be sure to call and ask about parking bc it wasn’t an option while booking."

"The room was beautiful and very well maintained. There is a camera monitored parking lot for hotel guests which was both very convenient and made me feel safer than leaving my car out for street parking. The staff was so incredibly kind after a long almost impossible day. Next time I am in Birmingham I hope that I will be able to stay with them again!"

"Room was clean. Two bedroom suite was a real plus for our family. The hotel was close to a lot of places to eat which was nice. Breakfast was good but not as many choices as I expected. That being said, I think everyone could find something they like to eat. I loved the kitchen part of the room but it was lacking in silverware. Some of the drawers weren’t drawers and that led to a lack of storage. The ice maker on the refrigerator did not work. But for our family, it was a perfect room. I would definitely stay here again."

"Really nice room, spacious, clean, plenty of towels. Breakfast was ok, just ok. Some bits of renovations still ongoing around the hotel but the mess was very minimal and contained. Staff at valet and on the front desk did their jobs but could have been a little more friendly and helpful (silly things like an issue with the valet app/payment text and then another issue with the card reader at the desk)."

"They had really good coffee which most hotels do not. Breakfast was just ok, the only thing to drink was coffee, milk and water. Cereal offering not very good. The 2nd morning I just had coffee and a banana. It was fine for a continental breakfast."
