"Check in was rough due to computer problems but the room and hospitality was excellent. The prices in the mini mart are beyond gouging. You would think they'd treat customers fairly but instead they get all they can. Room was great comfortable and quiet. Bedding and towels all very clean or new. One lady at front desk went above and beyond to make sure we had coffee and a requested item. Front desk needs to conduct themselves professionally at all times. I watched a Manager chew out an employee which was embarrassing for both of us and in my opinion unnecessary. "

"We had so much fun on this vacation. Amazing staff, kind and helpful. Very nice hotel, all areas were very pleasant and clean. Great view of the beach and very convenient to be on the beach. A lot of choices of restaurants and shopping. "

"We planned a family trip to OWA. This property was within walking distance to OWA. The suite we slept in was very nice and spacious. It was perfect for the 4 of us. The kitchenette had everything we needed. Great size fridge with freezer. "

"Our stay at this hotel was excellent. The entire staff was very friendly. Great customer service and our room was on point. Great view of the ocean and easy parking. Restaurants and other stores were easy access even the beach. And they had a breakfast buffet it was 14.50 plus tax. It was worth it and our waitress Sydney had GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! She was a 10/10 sweet lady. I would stay here again in the future. I will be BACK real soon!! "

"Hotel was clean and the staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. The free deluxe continental breakfast was excellent with home waffles and made-to-order omelets. Plenty of parking and easily maneuvered (we have a large 4 door Z71). The only negative I can say is that there were only a handful of tv channels and no ability to watch apps but this is only an issue if you plan on never leaving the room. "

"Beach is directly across the street as is Bahama Bob's, which has great food and the hangout is not quiet a mile up the street but an easy walk."
