"Excellent location next to the train station. Beautifully designed hotel which looks recently renovated. Friendly staff with excellent customer service. Yummy breakfast with good choices. Very clean. Would definitely stay here again."

"The hotel was nice enough to hold our two large suitcases, while we travelled to Edinburgh. I don't think we would have survived Edinburgh if we had to carry around that baggage. Weird thing with return was that the room was a ways from our previous room, but was bigger with a nice bathtub."

"Everything about this hotel was truly wonderful. On arrival we received a warm welcome followed by a free room upgrade. The room was roomy, well equipped and clean. The hotel facilities also did not disappoint - the spa was a good way to start the day, whilst the food in the restaurant was of a high standard. "We arrived around 14.30 ready for a 15.00 check in. As everyone was already doing the same thing we were asked to wait which wasn't an issue. We got a coffee and just waited. We could see others checking in but still we waited. A lovely lady called Emily came to us to check us in as we were near enough the last people. She apologized profusely for the delay but it didn't matter at all to us Because of the delay we were offered any drink be it hot or cold The room was very clean and comfortable. Could've have asked for more. We had booked to go to The First Direct Arena to see Billy Ocean so asked Emily if she knew the bus timetable.
