"Airport Hotel with minimum requirements. Ok to wait for a fly. Only one card for the room and Hotel don't supply more. Temperature in the room way to high for April. Difficult to sleep du to high temperature."

"If you go to Bilbao, this is the Hotel to stay. Is Not extremely expensive, but is spectacular in any other ways. Staff is super, everything is very clean all the time and the restaurant is top notch. We came in a group of 5 and had a great time here. Very close to the Old Town center (about 20 minutes walking) Overall, great place to stay."

"The hotel is very clean and in a good location. No frills, which is expected for the price I paid. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed, there are restaurants and coffee shops directly outside for convenience. It is very walkable to the major sites of Bilbao. Would stay again, if I were to return to the city."

"So disappointed with our very expensive room with terrace. Bilbao is wonderful and the view from the room was spectacular but there were lots of little details that let the experience down; there was a cigarette burn on a cushion on the terrace chair, another large burn mark on the bathroom sink surround (hot hair tongs?), the planting on the terrace was looking very sad and eaten by bugs, a raucous party on first night in the room next door, scraping sounds of furniture from 6am which were from the breakfast terrace directly above. It’s not what we expected from a 5 star hotel and certainly not for the price. "
