Hotel Dekat Big Bone Landing

"this was the 3rd time we stayed here. Has a really good steak house right acrossed the street, sports bar right next door. Food and gas stations near by. A really weird figure "8" street getting to it, but everywhere weird streets, round abouts, etc. are popping up all over the country. parking is right there, staff is very helpful . Logan checked us in, and texted me a few time to be sure everything was good and to see if we needed anything. Hot breakfast oatmeal, make your own...

"This hotel is very well kept. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Very quiet. The staff is very friendly. A very nice breakfast."

"Check-in was quick and easy, but unfortunately we found roaches crawling on the table in our first room. We informed the front desk, and the employee handled it professionally by checking the room and quickly moving us to another one. The second room was cleaner and we did not see any bugs, although there were still some maintenance issues like stained sheets and damage to the walls. Overall, the staff was helpful, but the hotel definitely needs better upkeep and pest control."

"Yes, stores close parking good, staff good. The place years ago was top 3 hotels in area. Now not kept up, run down water buckets in halls, very old dirty feel."

"Mattresses are in bad shape, so worn you roll to the middle. Never saw a staff member at The Lodge other than check in at main hotel whom was very pleasant and accommodating. Place just looks tired inside but was very quiet in The Lodge which I appreciate for a hotel. "

"The room smelt like incense were burned 24/7. Every towel I received had nasty stains on them. The bathroom shower was dirty, with hairs that did not belong to me. 3 of the 4 pillow cases were stained or dirty as well as the top blanket. The floor definitely had not been mopped or swept. When the cleaning person came, the took the trash and replaced the towels with more dirty/stained towels. Lastly, there was blood splatter in the ceiling in the restroom."

"Perfect hotel for my purposes. Only 15 minutes from Cincinnati."

"Everything was a mess dirt everywhere no trash can towels were dirty. Bathtub dirty window shaded destroyed stains on walls chairs. Air conditioner in pieces. And the best part roaches and left with bed bug bites"

"Quiet"

"The chairs in the dining area looked worn and ragged. A new pot of coffee took 30 minutes to get refilled. Most of the staff were very nice. We felt everything was clean. The pool room was hot, and the water was cold, not heated. There wasn’t any body wash, only small bars. The room was nice. I guess I expected a bit more from Comfort Inn. I’m not sure I’d stay at that hotel again. Maybe?"

"A little disappointed in the hot portion of the breakfast. But the yogurt was delicious. Rooms were nice and clean, newly redecorated. "
