"This was a cute little gem in Florence. Our room was a suite, extremely affordable, and recently remodeled. The breakfast was good and all of the staff were super nice and helpful. We didn’t get time to use the pool on our stay but it looked really nice. They by far had the best shower pressure I’ve ever had in a hotel - that is a big deal for me! Overall a very positive experience and we will stay here again on our next family visit."

The lobby is clean enough but you have to speak to someone on a screen in another country on something that resembles an ATM to check in which is a bit annoying but it was the least of our worries. The rooms smelled like a basement that had been flooded and left to dry, the smell of mildew was so bad in the bedrooms, and I mean multiple room, there was an elderly couple that had checked in ahead of us and literally turned around after they went to their room and...
