"I stayed at this hotel for 5 days and would not recommend it to anyone. The biggest issue was the cleanliness. The room was filthy when I arrived. The towels, bed sheets, floor, and other surfaces were covered with hair. The sheets appeared to be unwashed, and the entire bed was in a shocking condition. There were crumbs and debris underneath the mattress protector, and both the mattress protector and bedding were stained with substances I could not identify. The overall level of hygiene was...

"Excellent place to stay while visiting Jerusalem. The staff and service were excellent. Quite elegance for those in the know this is the place to go. Can’t wait to come stay here again. Special thank you goes to the front desk staff who made the check-in experience after a long flight a seamless experience. The room was nice and nicely finished though the shower got some getting used too. The food and especially the breakfast are a must."
