"We checked in on Christmas Eve and were really pleased with how clean and tidy everything was. Our twin room on the 11th floor was spotless, comfortable, and check‑in was smooth. A decent view of the city.
Later that evening we ordered room service — the food was delicious. I had fish and chips and my daughter had a burger, and we both enjoyed our meals. The beds were extremely comfortable and I slept very well.
Only issue was the TV, which had very few channels to watch.

"Stayed here with my 3 kids, we had a wonderful time. We requested a room with lovely view and theg gave us 6th floor which boasted great view with a balcony. Dinner was lovely, breakfast was avarage jn my opinion.
We went to the spa area and the kids enjoyed a bit of swimming but my 2 younger were not able to swim because the depth was too high. Would sag swimming pool facilities not suitable for younger crowds . Shout out to Casie!! Who found my daughter phone and water bottle we left in the...
