The historic nature of the property and the thoughtful updates to it made the stay special and much more meaningful than staying at a chain hotel. The property itself was very clean inside and entry is protected for guests. The staff were very friendly and available even early in the morning. There aren’t many amenities but breakfast was a nice touch. If you don’t get up early to get a spot in the eating area, the staff allows you to make plate and take it to your room....

"I chose Dear Lisbon based on the reviews. I was pleasantly surprised with how spacious the room is. My friend and I couldn’t hear each other. 😂 It’s clean too. And don’t get me started with breakfast served to the room in a cart. Yummy and so much to choose from! The staff is super friendly and helpful. The only downside is no elevator. Still highly recommend! It will help you with all the hills and steps wandering around Lisbon. 😁"

"We had a very great stay . The staff was very friendly and receptive . The holey was clean they offered a variety of different snacks tea coffee water during the course of the day. We felt safe and we were walking distance to a lot of high end restaurants and other good places to eat.. Excellent experience overall."

"The property was beautiful, location convenient. It's steps away from the Santa Justa Lift, a supermarket, and Rossio station. Luis made check-in super easy. He walked us over and assisted with our luggage. The LIFT team was very communicative - there were various methods to contact them. There's street buskers that sing the same 10 songs with mics and amps every night. They stop at around midnight but it could be annoying if you need to wake up early."
