They were extremely helpful in regards to information about the area. Loved their terrace area. Overall, very happy with the experience. Only issue is there seems to be a bit of street noise during the night."

We ate at the best spots with their recommendations provided by Diago and he went over and above finding out mass times for the Catholic Church on Sunday for us. We highly recommend this hotel ! "Great location for walking the central areas of Lisbon, literally next door to the famous Santa Justa elevator. Room was small but impeccably clean and comfortable, thoughtfully appointed as well. Friendly staff and excellent choices for breakfast. We will stay again when back in Lisbon."

"We had room 302 which was larger than we expected. The separate living room/kitchenette provided space and privacy. The team, from reception to cleaning services, and the emails exchanged before arrival made everything smooth and easy. My only small quibble is that the towels were changed daily (hence the 4 stars on eco-friendly) even though we left them hanging. The location is perfect and we highly recommend Chiado Suites."
