"I really enjoyed the property. This location is where you want to be considering its walking distance to a numerous amount of tourist attractions. Good food options around. The property itself was very clean inside and entry is protected for guests. The staff were very friendly and available even early in the morning. There aren’t many amenities but breakfast was a nice touch. If you don’t get up early to get a spot in the eating area, the staff allows you to make plate and take it to your room....

"The location was great! The hallway and rooms were unfortunately kind of dingy and old seeming. Bathrooms dated and needed some renovations. The staff were incredibly kind! I think it would be helpful for the hotel to post pictures of the hallways and rooms themselves and bathrooms so that future guests know exactly what they’re dealing with! Overall had a good time, they brought cute bath tub for our one year old and a tub for her for the bathroom - that was appreciated."

"We had far higher expectations of this hotel given the price. In a city full of incredibly nice people, the staff at this hotel were uniquely unfriendly and made us uncomfortable throughout the stay. They avoided eye contact whenever we would pass by through the hotel and seldom greeted us as we came and went. They were also more than 30 minutes late at check-in and offered us nothing for the inconvenience. We selected this location because it was likely to be less close to the noisy center, but it ended up being noisy because of the construction. For the service and the noise, I would spend your money elsewhere in the other nice hotels close by. The only positive note was the bed, which was comfortable."

"The lobby staff and bar Starr we're all fab, very helpful and friendly. But the images on Hotel.com that led us to boom this location are SO misleading. Our room was tiny, dingey and nothing like the advertised imagery. The first room was a real shock, no light at all, we asked to be moved and the second wasn't much better. It's meant to be self catering but it was so small there was only room for one chair at the table and no way to walk last it. A crazy rip off in price compared to what we were lead to expect."

"The room needs some updates. It is pretty small. The bathroom is tiny. They have bathtub and bidet but they are very difficult to use due to a small space. So I think it is nice to list it on the site but it is impossible to use. The breakfast was good. The location is good. They have a restaurant but you need to book it in advance so don't plan on using it. The most important part for me is customer accommodation. Sometimes it is better to loose some money to be able to get more. We stay for 5 days and paid for breakfast in advance but the first day we came we did not use breakfast so I requested refund from the hotel. I was told that I need to contact Expedia for this matter because I booked the hotel through them which I did and again I was told that Expedia contacted hotel and hotel refused to return my money. It is not a big loss for me but I think it is not appropriate to charge for something which we did not use. And they charge us city taxes even on Expedia site you can find information that all taxes included. So you can decide where to stay and I need to be more careful."
