"The service was first class. From the minute we arrived, Filipa made us feel as if we were the most important guests in the world. Super helpful, greeting us each morning with bottles of water to start our day, directions, reservations, etc. She and the staff couldn't do enough for us. Rooms were well appointed, incredibly clean with large bathrooms for a European hotel. Breakfast was included and everything was made fresh to order. We can't wait to go back!"

"We had an excellent experience here at the Chiado Arty Flats. From check-in they were alert, attentive and informative. They were helpful throughout our stay (printing something for me when I had no access to a printer) and welcoming throughout the stay. The apartment was comfortable and a good size. "We loved the hotel, it was so welcoming the staff were all friendly and willing to help the breakfast was very good lots of choice. It was very clean and the room was big and airy. The spa was a lovely bonus and the pool was really nice yo use after a day of walking. The hotel is also very central to everything easy walking distance to most things, don't forget to wear flat shoes due to the cobbles and steep hills . Definitely recommend"

"First time in Lisbon and could not have asked for a better hotel! It feels more like staying in a stylish boutique Lisbon loft than a traditional hotel. I was so happy and surprised at how spacious the loft was. The photos don't do it justice! The bed was very comfortable, kitchen was a great addition (did not use it but would have if I needed to). Appreciated having more than one bathroom and the shower was perfect temperature and pressure. There was a complimentary bottle of wine on arrival...

"Everything was great; the staff, the place and the location was superb. My only thing and I don’t know if it can be fixed is that the bathroom sometimes will have a tiny musky smell. I hate musky smells and maybe that’s why I am super sensitive to it. But, the entire place was very clean and my towels were changed daily. I will definitely go back and stay."
