"Nice staff, friendly and accommodating. The room so small I bumped my knees several times. I’m also tall, lol. The bed/mattress and pillows were uncomfortable I’m left me with a neck and shoulder ache for days; I’m a side sleeper. Great view though! Oh and no soy milk, had to bring my own. They have oat milk if you’re lactose intolerant."

"Loved our stay here. The views from the hotel are incredible. Service was excellent and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. We did have trouble getting into the laundry as there is only 3 washing machines on site and it is a large hotel. They did however refund unused laundry tokens at reception. The location out of Interlaken, which is a 20min drive, made it a very peaceful place to stay. There are loads of activities auitable for families with young children. Breakfast was included...

"Very nice quiet location it at the same time close to everything. The river view room was much smaller than we expected but excellent view. We even watched people jumping off the bridge. The self laundry facility was an added bonus. But the staff are not quite familiar with buses allowed on the guest card. We were kicked off 106 and told 102-104 are the only valid buses. Something to be verified before j make plans."

"Absolutely loved our stay here at Maya Caprice. We stayed 4 nights and loved Wengen and the area so much. The view from our room was stunning. Even when it rained and got foggy. The room was comfortable. The service was very friendly and so helpful. The food was wonderful. We ate breakfast every morning and we had a great variety with made to order eggs and espresso drinks along with a breakfast buffet with a variety of fresh and delicious items. "Staff was amazing, the accommodations were nice, no AC so in summer it was slightly hot, but I only really came back to sleep. Getting to town you had to take a bus, so planning things in Interlaken was based around that. Breakfast was good and the area was quiet. "
