"Enjoyed our brief stay at Radisson Blu Hotel. The staff were friendly upon arrival, our room was nice and clean โ our window view of the nearby runway was unexpectedly enjoyable to sit and watch! My only quibble is the price of the food at the restaurant and the lack of vegan options (a rather bland-looking & tasting pizza for ยฃ22). Wasnโt expecting a 12.5% compulsory service charge either."

"We only stayed for one night. My overall impression is a comfortable and mostly well kept facility. The staff on the reception desk were brilliant on arrival. They were welcoming, friendly and very helpful. This extended to the staff the following morning at breakfast. From being greeted at the entrance, placing a special order for vegetarian meal, to seeking assistance. There was always someone available and ready to help. There was a vast selection to choose from of hot, cold and continental options and grab bags if you were in a hurry or just needed a goody bag for later. On the whole the facilty is well kept and maintained, however my room was missing a light bulb in one of the bedside lamps and a cob web hanging from the ceiling over the bed. The view from the window was of the roof top and when it rained in the morning we got a gush of rain splashing on the window from the gutter. The tissue holder in the bathroom had not been refilled. The lift to breakfast was faulty but we were readily met by an engineer already onsite. The coffee machine in the main dining area was out of order and you had to use the one in a side room. Despite these fixable inconveniences we had a good night sleep in comfortable beds and a lovely shower. The check out process was quick and plesant with friendly and helpful staff all round."

"I had a very pleasant stay at B&B hotel while visiting Cambridge for a business trip. The staff were always helpful, friendly, and happy to assist whenever needed. The room was comfortable and had air conditioning, which was especially appreciated during the extreme heatwave weโve just had. As I was staying on the top floor, the air conditioning did struggle a little with the heat, so I had to keep it running pretty much all the time, but it still made a big difference and kept the room comfortable. The location is also very convenient, particularly being so close to the train station, and having easy parking available was another big plus. Thereโs not too much else I can comment on as I was there for work rather than sightseeing, but overall it was a comfortable and convenient stay, with lovely staff, and Iโd happily stay again."

"Had a really nice nightโs stay with a 3 course meal each at the hotelโs restaurant and we got an upgrade to a balcony room for ยฃ15. Friendly staff and lovely luxury hotel with luxury amenities in the room too. Only improvement could be better air conditioning as the room was still quite hot even with fan unit and ceiling fan"
