"Got stuck in town and needed a hotel for that one night instead of the long drive home. Hotel room was ok however the hotel lobby and halls need upgrading. Not my preference."

"The amenities were limited and not as advertised—the pool was closed and the gym equipment was outdated. Cleanliness was also disappointing. The room had visible dust, and the bathroom was not properly cleaned upon arrival. This affected the overall comfort of the stay."

"Freezing pool, dirty towels, no real blinds so flood lights were blinding, no drain stoppers, flickering lights, super small trash cans, smells like cigarettes and wet dog, and stains on the comforter. The only decent thing was the main staff guy and the breakfast was alright. The orange juice and apple juice were out of order one of the days and the hot water for tea barely came out. I would not stay there again even if I was bribed."
