"Just spent the holiday weekend at this charming bed and breakfast. I loved the private parking and the access to a full kitchen. The room itself was perfect. It had a comfortable bed and it's own bathroom with two sinks! It's located just 5 minutes from Niagara State Park. We were able to keep food in the refrigerator and cook something up when hungry. "Excellent location and very helpful staff. Anthony the front desk staff team member was nice allowing us to stay parked there for a couple of hours after our checkout time since our family arrived a little later than planned. If we come back to Niagara Falls, we will certainly stay here again."

"The room was nice, it was clean and the bed was comfortable. However, the control panel on the wall to open the curtains was broken and outlets were loose. The interiors of the elevators were really worn with some broken buttons. Just repairs overall in the hotel weren’t necessary well maintained. The restaurant and bar in the hotel, Chill 443, (which we were looking forward to trying and was a selling point for our selection) was closed. It looked as though they partially replaced it with a Starbucks that only seemed to be open during the breakfast buffet. The breakfast buffet was not well stocked and it seemed as though they only had one person who was trying their best to keep up with restocking. Garbage cans were overflowing and tables were dirty. The distance of the hotel to everything you might want to see in the area was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful. These are the main reasons this property was worth the price. Be aware that there are A LOT of additional resort fees and taxes in addition to $75 deposit (refundable after checkout when room is inspected so report any issues with your room!) and $19.95 for parking when you arrive. A $295 room ended up being $379 when all was said and done."

"Hotel was clean but a little awkward with the entry and up stairs to the next floor. Also breakfast are was small and cramped and breakfast was lacking. Only bread, cereal or yogurt and the times we went for breakfast either low quantities of items or out completely. No outside entrance from the back side of the building you have to walk to the front or the one side. Other side by the pool/non operating restaurant is locked"

"Been to the Red Coach Inn a hand full of times throughout the last 5-6 years. This time it didn't live up to what we have experienced before. We were able to check in about an hour early. Once we went into room, we noticed a black marker line on one of the walls, heard lots of loud people through the walls, untrained staff, staff members missing while others trying to find them, appliances broke down, I can go on and on about things. What's sad is we've never experienced anything like this in all the times we've been there. We usually come on our wedding anniversary, and this time was no different. Kim the bartender and the blond hostess seemed to be the only ones on there a game. The young lady that checked us in was very good as well. I am hoping this was just a bad day/weekend. Things happen we will definitely be back and hope for a better experience."

"The place was a dump. The place wasn't very clean. The air conditioner/heater was loud enough to wake you up.The bathroom was the size of a closet. They charge $20 a day parking in a lot full of cracks and holes. The elevators are so small I could barely turn my wheelchair around. Terrible. Never again."
