"Spent a fantastic night here this past weekend, from the moment we checked in all the staff we encountered were friendly and welcoming (we were even wished a good morning by the housekeeping staff we passed in the corridor as we were leaving!), the food and service in the restaurant were also both good and breakfast in the morning offered a great selection of choices. "This stay corrosponded with a 50th birthday we were invited to, and chose this accomodation as it was fairly close! We arrived, and no one answered the door, I then phoned, a very polite helpful gentleman let us in, and apologised profusely for not hearing the bell. I was upset at first, that my sister was on the ground floor, and I was on the top floor, but the gentleman carried up my case, I am 67 my sister 75! "Booked a superior room for a visiting business manager Mon-Fri On Weds I was told that his room hadn't been cleaned since he arrived. Shower had to run for upto 10mins before any hot water came through"
