"Great location for town centre. Good sized room and had everything you needed. Most of the staff friendly (especially the 2 ladies). Breakfast good value for money. Car park next door you have to pay for but it was reasonable."

"Nearest shop I found was the Co-op in Kegworth. Room was clean and fine, but there was no info, eg that there's an alarm which goes off if you don't latch the kitchen door, who to contact and how I'm case of need. Prior to arrival, a map of the site showing checkin location would be useful. I booked with hotels.com. "We stayed for a week. It was a good option for the price. Stayed on the ground floor and could hear what sounded like a herd of elephants above us for hours on end (it turned out to be human children) The floors are obviously very thin and not soundproof. Breakfast was great. Grounds were lovely. And the Heathley Arms Pub across the car park was wonderful for lunch and dinner options. "

"Good: contact with manager. Cleanliness and general set up Parking for car off road. Access to public transport.. Not good: on arrival the flat was stone cold and took 24 hours to warm up. Kitchen equipment was old, basic and just about functional. Very limited small kitchen tools "

"The table was chipped and scratched. And I had to pay an extra £40 on top of my booking price for the standard after stay cleaning. Had to message the property to ask for check in information. Could hear the road from the room as well as everyone leaving and entering through the front door. Will not be staying here again"
