"Convenient location with good restaurants and cafes nearby. The neighbourhood is walkable and the nearby parks are nice. Breakfast was good. Bathroom was fine. The bed is on the hard/firm side. Pillows were on the very light and fluffy side. Beatriz was the host and she was friendly and helpful. The place has lots of plants and decor. Different vibe than large corporate chains. You'll need WhatsApp to communicate coming and going due to the secured gate. "

It took about 20+ min to check in because the elevator key cards weren't working and they sent me and several guests to their rooms with the disfunctional key cards. The hallway lights in front of our room was not working letting us go into a dark hallway, and the cover from the main light switch in the room was not working, with the main light switch beside the bed which if it is not...

"My husband and I had a really good experience in this hotel, breakfast was suuuuuper good, all three days we were there they had different things on the menu. Fruit and the fruit juices were DELICIOUS ( I loved the fact that they don't add any sugar to them) EVERYONE there was soooooo helpful. The instructions were clear on how to get to the airport shuttle, and the driver was nice, very respectful, shuttle was clean, ride was smooth. "No amenities in the room, premium room you at least expect slippers or rope, no coffee maker or microwave, there wasn’t a way to make ourselves a hot tea or coffee at night in such a cold city as Bogotá. Breakfast is very limited and basic, on the other hand the staff is very nice and professional but the hotel needs a lot of improvement."
