It was always smelling clean as soon as you entered the building. Only issue - need to change the towels either every 2/3 days. The staff were always friendly.

On the last day, there was a miscommunication as we had asked for an additional night and paid upon requesting it but when trying to check out they were trying to charge me again. I had to show both receipts one from Expedia and one from the actual hotel. I lost an uber driver due to having to wait to resolve the issue. This room also does not come with a fridge or ac in units.

I arrived at the hotel and checked in. Check in was fast. I went to room and the room smelled like moisture. I checked the room and found water running down the wall and mold. I went to the lobby to complain and the receptionist told she would call the manager. The manager said they are not giving me my money back. I left the hotel

Sewage Room

Hotel was below average. When we first checked in we got 1/4 rooms we booked the other 3 were the wrong rooms. One of the rooms smelled like sewage. We went down and told them and they argued and gave us another room. However, the next time we go to the lobby they told us they cleaned the initial room and that we would have to move back in because another party needed the room we were placed in. All they did was spray some cleaning solution to mask the smell. We told them no and they argued again. Fast forward to the next day. Once again they told us we had to move back into the sewage room and we told them no and they were about to make us move into there until we told them we are going to leave. Overall terrible stay, customer service, and cleanliness. Never going back!
