Hotel Kembara di Batu Ferringhi

"The check-in process was rushed and worker did not bother to explain anything about the hotel and its amenities (of which I paid a premium for) except about the breakfast. No mention about the beach, pools, 24-hour gym, kid's adventure zone etc - I had to google about all these myself! Bad check in experience"

"Check in experience not good, no smile, not friendly, slow and dosent know what she is doing. Keep asking the same question despite answered her 3 different times. Prolonging the check in process by Asking to show my hotels.com booking number so on and so forth. I have drove 5 hrs to reach ur resort n very tiring.. Totally different from Shangri-La KL check in process which is fast n friendly. Bell men ignoring u just because im an asian dosent mean i dont tips.. not helpful at all even seeing...

"Not really satisfies. The bath tub not working well suppose been check before customer check in. The safe also not working well. Concierge always looking at the phone bad service. Maybe I’m not driving luxury cars. "
