"Great location on a canal very close to St. Mark’s Square and ferry stops, but no hotel sign due to historical property legislation so hard to find with only a doormat inside with hotel name and since it is a very small hotel with 14 rooms, employees in the area can’t give directions. Nice courtyard and across from a very good and reasonable restaurant, Roberto’s. "

"Just perfect, lovely, quaint hotel in a perfect location for a magical Venice experience. Can walk to everything and everywhere — from St. Mark’s Basilica to the Teatro Phoenicia and Vivaldi’s church we just had a fabulous stay. The room was delightful and elegant; morning breakfast a true delight with lovely a lovely greeting and deliciously prepared food with healthy options — and treats alike!"

"Amazing to wake up and look out the windows and see the San Marcos Square every day. Place was very big and spacious. The one thing I noticed it was a bit noisy, but we also stayed at another place in Venice on a third story on a quieter alleyway and it was noisy too."

"Great location, very close to some of the main attractions. Very accessible from the train station, via the Vaporetto. We used the hotel as a base to explorer and it was ideal. 4 of use ( 2 adults plus a 13 and 8 year old) shared a spacious room overlooking a canal busy with gondola traffic. The kids loved it. Breakfast good, staff extremely friendly and helpful. "

"What a little gem. Small hotel with wonderful staff near everything. Vitto gave wonderful suggestions for a less touristy way to enjoy his city, which is exactly what I wanted. Comfortable bed and very good AC in the cute little room I had booked. Very quiet despite being so close to St Mark’s. Would stay again in a heartbeat. "
