We had a beautiful room with a view of a canal, walking distance to all the main attractions, but off the beaten path just slightly great restaurants and shopping nearby and the hotel itself the staff was outstanding. Very friendly, breakfast was wonderful in the morning, staff gave us directions to different things really can’t say enough about this hotel. It was just recently renovated so the accommodations are finished so beautifully."

"Great stay. Lots of dining and bar options everywhere. Major attractions are only a ~5 minute walk away. The bed had some sort of mattress topper that was extremely comfortable. We are from the U.S. and most of the hotels we stayed in during this Europe trip had hard beds, but Hotel Montecarlo had the most comfortable bed.
