"Fantastic apartment and great complex we had a great time."
Royal Hideaway Corales Beach, part of Barceló Hotel Group - Adults Only

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Exceptional Luxury Experience Our stay at Royal Hideaway Corales in Costa Adeje, Tenerife, was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, everything felt luxurious, elegant and beautifully thought through. It is the kind of resort where the attention to detail makes you feel genuinely special. One of the highlights for us was the breakfast. The quality, variety and presentation were outstanding, with an impressive selection of beautifully prepared dishes and something to suit every taste. It was far beyond an ordinary hotel breakfast — a wonderful way to start each morning and genuinely one of the best breakfast experiences we have had at a resort. The in-house restaurants were another level altogether. The resort offers an extraordinary gastronomic experience, including Michelin-starred dining. El Rincón de Juan Carlos holds an impressive two Michelin Stars, while San Hô and Il Bocconcino each hold one Michelin Star. Having such an exceptional selection of restaurants within the resort means you can enjoy world-class cuisine without even needing to leave the property. The standard of food, presentation, service and overall dining experience truly complements the luxury of the resort. Beyond the food, the resort itself is stunning — beautifully designed, peaceful, immaculate and perfectly positioned to enjoy the spectacular surroundings of Costa Adeje and the Atlantic Ocean. Royal Hideaway Corales delivered a level of luxury that is difficult to fault."

"Pool was amazing, local is perfect, close to beaches and promenade, staff is fabulous, food is excellent. 10 stars"
Bahia del Duque
8/10 Good
"Hotel itself and grounds are beautiful, it is not elderly-friendly so be aware before you travel. The view from the rooms is beautiful. There are many steps and winding walkways to get anyway, you can take a golf buggy to get around to drop you off near the beach entrance. Unfortunately, we were not informed that the main pool would be closed for the entirety of our stay - this was hugely disappointing. There was also a lack of staff in the spa so you could not have certain treatments. The spa itself is lovely and walking around the grounds. The rooms do need an upgrade and be wary of the bugs in the bathrooms - there are tiny bugs in the bathroom everywhere. We had 2 rooms and they were in both. We also had a faulty shower which flooded our room, a technician came to visit but didn’t fix anything. Room service food and breakfast are terrible, the food quality is awful. Upalupa restaurant is great if you want to eat here. Overall - 3/4 out of 5 stars."
Tivoli la Caleta Resort
10/10 Excellent
"This was an amazing stay from start to finish. From Roberta greeting us every morning when we went down for breakfast and making sure we had a good relaxing time, to Marcela remembering our morning drinks orders. Joe and David by the pool were also absolutely perfect! They were attentive to us and explained the local drink, barraquito, which we gave a try. They ensured everything was perfect for us whilst we relaxed by the pool. David and Imma were very friendly and took the time to get to know us which was lovely. Adrian in Seen by Olivier provided outstanding service too when we went for dinner. Even if he wasn’t sure about something he’d go out of his way to clarify any of our questions and also have great recommendations! Definitely visit Seen whilst you’re there! We visited the spa during our stay and the staff were patient to explain every detail to us, not only about the spa, but also about other hotel facilities and things to do in Tenerife. Safe to say that wherever we were in the hotel there was always someone to help us, and all the staff take the time to get to know you and anticipate anything you may need. I cannot fault the customer service at all. The room is also impeccable, the housekeeping team were also very helpful and attentive. The pools were lovely and clean, and the adults only side was very tranquil. We’ve been to many Tivolis and the service standards are consistent across the sites. We’ll definitely keep returning here! Well done Tivoli!"

"Excellent child friendly property who have nailed family holidays. Activities and amenities were outstanding. The ground floor rooms with extra grass area was excellent. The only downfall is that it isn’t all inclusive so drinks and ice creams etc are expensive at hotel prices"
Melia Jardines del Teide - Adults Only

"We would rate our stay at this hotel 4/5 stars overall. I want to preface this review by saying that some of the things I mention are definitely nitpicking, but that is largely because this is a five-star hotel. When you are paying for a five-star experience, you naturally expect the smaller details to be taken care of as well. None of the issues we experienced completely ruined our stay, and we genuinely enjoyed many things, but there were enough small disappointments that I think they are worth mentioning for anyone considering a stay here. We stayed in a standard “Melia Room,” which was nicely decorated and had a pleasant overall atmosphere. Unfortunately, the location of our room was one of the things that made the stay slightly less convenient. Our room was located at the far end of the hotel, and the other window overlooked the parking lot. Because the hotel is so large, getting from our room to the main areas of the property involved quite a bit of walking. The room itself was attractive and comfortable, but the bathroom was where we felt it needed a bit more attention to detail. The toilet was quite difficult to flush, which was inconvenient, and there was some mildew in the shower. We stayed on a half-board basis, which gave us the opportunity to experience some of the hotel's themed dinner nights. The Asian night left something to be desired, and the dishes were inconsistently clean. We also had one frustrating experience with the front desk regarding the shuttle."
