Old building with poor ventilation, smelled musty. Some bugs found. Difficult to contact hotel staff for help or questions bc they use a virtual agent first line, and if you need a person you have to wait 10-20 min for someone to return your message. While it does have AC, it is centrally controlled and managed so you can adjust the fans but not...

"This property is a gem in the center of Siena. I was happy to learn about their “valet” parking arrangement with a garage which made arrival and departure very easy. The rooms are lovely and the staff very accommodating. Other than breakfast there are no other amenities (ie bar or 24 hr desk clerk) and one can come and go as they please with keys to the palace door!"

There is also a small kitchen with everything you need if you want to cook. We wanted to go wine tasting, and Estephano kindly helped us book a wonderful experience. The property is conveniently located near bus stops, which made it easy to visit Florence without any issues, while still enjoying peaceful nights away from the hustle and bustle of the city. 🌿"
